Fusix organizes a workshop for IT teams interested to get a hands-on experience with configuring a dual data center EVPN/VxLAN network using Arista Extensible OS.

What to expect .
- A full-day workshop focused on hands-on configuration of a dual-data center network with EVPN/VxLAN standard architecture using Arista Extensible OS (EOS).
- Meet other teams who also operate an IT network in a data center and use Fusix connectivity services.
- You will configure a cost effective collapsed spine-leaf EVPN design (standards-based, no proprietary lock-in) using Arista EOS, including: BGP EVPN control plane, VXLAN data plane, Distributed Anycast Gateway and Multi-tenant VRF segmentation.

To target this requirement, you will build an active-active data center interconnect and configure uplinks to Fusix using:
- Dual active-active links between data centers
- Seamless workload mobility
- Deterministic traffic forwarding
- loop prevention mechanisms
- BGP protocol for the uplinks
Faster troubleshooting and disaster-recovery
To understand how EVPN/VxLAN and BGP answer this requirement, we will do a live simulation of:
- Data center interconnect failure
- switch failure
- Internet uplink outage
